Delete your data

Carryforth does not hold a hosted family archive, completed records, photographs, or stories. We can help remove the email address used for the Carryforth list or a contact request you sent us.

Files you downloaded and completed remain under your control. To remove them, delete the copies in your own computer, cloud storage, email, printer history, or binder. Carryforth cannot retrieve or erase files that remain with you.

We will confirm that we received your request and may ask for enough information to identify the email-list entry or contact request safely. We will confirm by email when it has been handled.
